We offer range time instruction for those that only want to enhance their shooting skills, without any classroom time for either handgun or AR-platform.

Pricing is based on a per hour basis, minimum of 2 hours. No handbook is given with these lessons. Student must provide their own ammunition, firearm(s) and holster (if practicing with a handgun).

Prerequisite:  You must have your Concealed Handgun License prior to this course.

This course teaches the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for the safe use of a rifle in target shooting.

More Details: This course is 6-8 hours long  (depending on amount of students and questions asked) and includes classroom and range* time learning to shoot rifles. Students learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; rifle parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting from the bench rest, prone, sitting, standing and kneeling positions; cleaning; and continued opportunities for skill development. Students will receive the Basics of Rifle Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, they will take a Basics of Rifle Shooting Student Examination, and receive a course completion certificate.

Need assistance zeroing in your AR's new optics? We can help you with that.  Student provides AR type rifle (optics already installed) and ammunition.  Zero will be at 50 yards.
